The first time I heard this was in high school when I heard Don Atkins play it, a guy who was one year older than I was. For each composition there are several performances. When you watch it full screen, you’ll be able to engage the Closed Captioned subtitles and read translations in English and many other languages. His slow dance with death lasted decades. You can hear it in his music. Chopin attended the first college of Warsaw and attained good education. He never indulged in programs or descriptive titles, and the familiar nicknames for some of his pieces - the "Heroic" Polonaise, the "Revolutionary" and "Sadness" Etudes, the "Minute" Waltz, the "Raindrop" Prelude - were added by others.

Life’s sometimes difficult struggles for survival and success are begrudgingly accepted by most of us as being integral to the human experience, disagreeably necessary for the relentless progress of our species. The only mention Chopin makes of Liszt in his genuine letters is to praise Liszt's playing, writing as he listened, "I wish I could steal his way of playing my etudes" and no letters that Chopin may've written to Liszt survive. i tried reading the Liszt bio of Chopin. However, Liszt denied that he wrote Funérailles (subtitled "October 1849", the seventh movement of his piano suite Harmonies poétiques et religieuses of 1853) in memory of Chopin.
